I’m going to experiment with the idea of creating a weekly open-thread. I will pick a topic, create a prompt, and ask you to write as much or as little as you want in the discussion section related to the topic. You can also feel free to comment on what others write and I will jump in as much as possible as well. If you’re willing to participate—which I believe you are—I feel like we can create some very powerful and valuable community and education around these discussions.
***ALSO*** We’ll choose one to three comments to “feature” (determined by insight, thoughtfulness, openness, etc.). If your comment gets featured, we’ll do something special for you.

Other Angles: What are common triggers for you? What do you do in the hours or days following? What foods do you tend to reach for? What do you say to yourself in the moment? What self-talk messages run through your head? Do you discuss it with anyone?
