Darryl Edwards, AKA The Fitness Explorer, is a London-based movement therapist, paleo nutritionist, blogger and author of Paleo Fitness, a Primal Training Program to Get Lean, Strong and Healthy.

I recently met Darryl in person at the PaleoFX conference in Austin, Texas and once I saw what he was up to I knew I had to get him on the show to share his work with all of you.
