This is an interview that I did a while back with Wendy Meyers, Certified Holistic Health Coach, from Liveto110.com. Wendy attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and now practices nutrition coaching and blogging in Los Angeles, California. She is the Chief Eating Officer of Live to 110 which is a great site that also addresses health and wellness.
Wendy had lot’s of questions about what on earth Total Body Reboot looks like. We get to talk about some of the pillars of TBR including nutrient density (not just vegetables!) of food, balancing hormones (satiety, stress, blood sugar), improving gut health (digestive issues). We get into sleep and how it affects not only gut health and weight loss, but overall health as well.
We even talked about my top sleep tips like artificial blue spectrum light after dark which screws up our sleep cycles and my REM Rehab Guide for tips on how to improve the quality of your sleep.
