    Great podcast! After years of strenuous exercise (running, cycling, strength training, and yes, lot’s of treadmill time) I’ve lost my desire and motivation to exercise. Justin and Kevin offer incredibly valuable information to remind us that movement, and commitment to movement are just as important as commitment to healthy eating – and they remind us to have fun! I was sitting in my desk chair at the beginning of the podcast, but had to get up and stand and wiggle by half-way through. Although I cannot get away from my desk job, I am off to get that standing desk, a few fun office toys, and find a way to keep my body moving. Thanks guys!
