Today we’re doing back to back sets of four exercises with the battle bag:

  1. Rotational Lunge X 10
  2. Shoulder Toss X 10
  3. Chest Press X 10
  4. Sprint X 10

The goal is to do as many sets as you can in 15 minutes. Make sure to do a proper dynamic warm up before starting and find a professional to check your form if anything feels sketchy.
