I recently took to Twitter to publish a slew of journaling prompts to help you with emotional eating and improving your relationship with food.

Journaling is just one of the tools we use in our Total Body Reboot online program to bring more insight and understanding to your behavior. It’s very powerful for encouraging change because it gets to the root of the challenges you’re facing, often with great detail. It provides insight to things you may never have considered or understood previously.

The act of journaling also helps you get inner-critic talk out of your head and onto paper so it can be handled more productively.

The more detail you are able to put into your journaling entries, the better. 

While journaling by itself is very powerful, it’s even more powerful if you have a coach to review your journaling with.
