    I find forcing myself to workout when I have scheduled myself to do so in my own mind, even when I don’t want to, helps. Even if I get to a indoor cycling or bootcamp class and I use a lighter weight than usual or turn my resistance down. I have never regretted it and this always has helped me get through that you describe as “the dip”.
